Born out of the World Economic Forum, the Global Shapers Community is a network of inspiring young people under the age of 30 working together to address local, regional and global challenges. With 9,790 members, the Global Shapers Community spans 444 city-based hubs in 151 countries.

In each city, teams of Shapers self-organize to create projects that address the needs of their community. With grassroots knowledge, a global perspective, and ambition to change the world, Shapers are confronting the most pressing issues of our time.

The Global Shapers Frankfurt Hub is a vibrant community of individuals committed to taking action with the objective of improving the state of the world – with a particular focus on Frankfurt and its surroundings. We want to drive action through projects that foster collaboration, innovation, and smart solutions addressing current and future challenges of our society. We see ourselves as an organization building bridges between different stakeholders to drive positive societal change.

This Holiday season will be unlike any other. That’s why this December, the Frankfurt Hub will be sharing a "Shaper Advents Calendar" on Instagram to show how we’re coping with the pandemic this season while continuing to share helpful #ShaperCOVIDTips. Help us share Holiday cheer and encourage young people to play it safe. The idea is simple. Post a selfie or photo of a COVID-safe activity (a new hobby you've picked up, favorite holiday activity, Netflix recommendations...) and add the hashtag: #ShaperCOVIDTips #SpreadCheerNotCovid

    Generation Equality

According to The World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report, if no action is taken, it could take us nearly 100 years to reach gender parity. So how can we fast-track progress and turn the 2020s into the decade of parity?

In honor of German Diversity Day, the Global Shapers Frankfurt Hub invite you to our flagship event, the Next B2B Forum: Generation Equality.
