Born out of the World Economic Forum, the Global Shapers Community is a network of inspiring young people under the age of 30 working together to address local, regional and global challenges. With 9,790 members, the Global Shapers Community spans 444 city-based hubs in 151 countries.
 
In each city, teams of Shapers self-organize to create projects that address the needs of their community. With grassroots knowledge, a global perspective, and ambition to change the world, Shapers are confronting the most pressing issues of our time.

The Global Shapers Frankfurt Hub is a vibrant community of individuals committed to taking action with the objective of improving the state of the world – with a particular focus on Frankfurt and its surroundings. We want to drive action through projects that foster collaboration, innovation, and smart solutions addressing current and future challenges of our society. We see ourselves as an organization building bridges between different stakeholders to drive positive societal change.

Im Digital Literacy Workshop I von Shaping Pathways die Grundlagen im Umgang mit Computern lernen.
Unser Alltag ist mittlerweile ohne Technik nicht mehr vorstellbar. Smartphones, Tablets, das Bedienfeld der Kaffeemaschine – überall begegnet uns Informationstechnik. Doch während Smartphones und iPods so ausgelegt sind, dass sie super einfach zu bedienen sind, verbirgt sich dahinter ein komplexes System, mit dem AnwenderInnen oft nicht in Berührung kommen.

Im Skills Assessment Workshop von Shaping Pathways mehr über sich und seine Stärken lernen.
Unter dem Motto „Finde heraus, wer Du bist und welcher Karriereweg zu Dir passt!“, trafen im Workshop unsere Trainerinnen Veronika und Alena auf elf TeilnehmerInnen, zwischen 15 und 18 Jahre alt, um genau das herauszufinden.

Gathered over 200 health enthusiasts, start-ups, corporate industry experts and investors to exchange on the future of healthcare. In 2017, Dr. Philipp Rösler, former Vice-Chancellor of Germany, Kalle Palling, member of the Estonian parliament, and more than 20 start-ups from around the world gathered to discuss how corporates, governments, and start-ups should cooperate in order to accelerate tomorrow’s healthcare ecosystem.
